Juri KATOU

Juri Katou is a middle school student who lives in the fictional town of Daikoku. She is a quiet and shy girl who is often bullied by her classmates. One day, she meets a mysterious girl named Lain Iwakura who introduces her to the Wired, a vast network of computers that connects people from all over the world. Juri is fascinated by the Wired and begins to spend more and more time there. She eventually becomes addicted to the virtual world and starts to neglect her real life. She begins to have strange dreams and hallucinations, and she starts to question her own reality. One day, Juri meets a group of hackers who call themselves the Knights of the Public Order. The Knights believe that the Wired is a dangerous place and that it is their duty to protect people from its dangers. Juri joins the Knights and helps them to fight against the forces of evil in the Wired. Juri's story is a cautionary tale about the dangers of technology. It warns us that we should not become too attached to the virtual world and that we should always remember to take care of our real lives.
